Solar have produced 12000units natural gas gen sets which have been sold to more than 90 countries in the world and operated more than 1000000000hours. Solar is the biggest manufacture of industrial machine in the world (1MW to 15MW). It became a sole subsidiary of caterpillar(USA)in 1981. At present, it has sold more than 200 units gas gen-set in china and installed more than 150 units.

Process of disposing coke oven gas:

Coke oven gas line add ammonia to decline temperature to 700-80 ℃/ liquid separator (separate gas and other liquid like ammonal)/rail cooler(decline temperature 83-23℃ through cycle water)/roots blower (increase pressure to 0.3 MPa)/decoking by electromagnetic filed/ ammonia removal tower(decline ammonia to less than 8G/L)/benzene removal tower (remove benzene, naphthalene etc.,)/wet decoking(remove H₂S by steam)/gas tank/dry decoking/compressor/Gan gen-set
